Who Else Wants to Learn How To Lose Ugly Stomach Fat Without Ever Doing Back-Breaking Crunches or Sit-ups Ever Again...

Scientific research has clearly determined that although it is unhealthy in general to have excess body fat throughout your body, it is also particularly dangerous to have excess abdominal fat. Before I tell you how I got rid of my stomach fat, let me first educate you on the different types of belly fat ....There are two types of fat that you have in your abdominal area. The first type that covers up your abs from being visible is called subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the abdominal muscles. This belly fat is the one that most people notice and deem as the ugly fat. The second type of fat that you have in your abdominal area is called visceral fat, and that lies deeper in the abdomen beneath your muscle and surrounding your organs. Visceral fat also plays a role in giving certain men that "beer belly" appearance where their abdomen protrudes excessively but at the same time, also feels sort of hard if you push on it. I'm not joking, if you don't believe me on this try to poke your uncle or another family member in the stomach to see the feel of their fat (be prepared to run fast after you go around poking fat people in their stomachs!) Science has shown that both types of fat; subcutaneous and visceral fats, are very dangerous and carry extreme health risks. However if I were asked to single out the most deadly of the two stomach fats it would undoubtedly be the visceral fat. But do not be fooled, subcutaneous does pack a punch. It has also been linked to deadly diseases such as heart disease and diabetes. One of the main reasons that I believe that visceral fat is more deadly then it's fat neighbor, subcutaneous is that it releases more inflammatory molecules into your body on a consistent basis. Now lets begin to discuss how I lost my stomach and how you also can lose your stomach fat. I first realized that I love myself as well as those around me. I did not want to die at a young age simply because I did not take priority to flatten my abs. When it got to the point where I could no longer see my toes or sit down without having this huge ugly belly sit down and bulge out in front of me I decided to make a change. I began to search for what would get rid of extra abdominal fat? Is there actually a REAL solution beyond all of the gimmicks and hype that you see in ads and on commercials for "miracle" fat loss products? These are questions that I asked myself as well as people around me. Unfortunately I searched for years with no avail. But a few years ago I began to grow a deeper love for the art of weight loss. That is when I stumbled across a book called The Truth About Abs. At first I was very skeptical. This book claimed to be able to reduce stomach fat and actually allow you to see your stomach muscles in the mirror. Not that my goal was to have a six pack abs or anything, I just wanted to lose my stomach fat fast. The fact that it promised 6 pack abs was just a bonus for me. I began to read this book and started to apply many of the principles in it in order to eliminate my belly bulge. I will discuss a few of the methods taught in just a second. So how did they all do it? The first thing you must understand is that there is absolutely NO quick fix solution. There are no pills or supplements of any sort that will help you lose your abdominal fat faster. Also, none of the gimmicky ab rockers, rollers, or ab belts will help get rid of abdominal fat either. You can't spot reduce your stomach fat by using any of these worthless contraptions. It simply doesn't work that way.
I've actually even seen a particular study that divided thousands of participants into a diet-only group and an exercise & diet combined group. While both groups in this study made good progress, the diet-only group lost significantly LESS abdominal fat than the diet & exercise combined group. Now the important thing to realize is that just any old exercise program will not necessarily do the trick. The majority of people that attempt getting into a good exercise routine are NOT working out effectively enough to really stimulate the loss of stubborn abdominal fat. I see this everyday at the gym.
